Jack Lalanne Tells Us 'How To Live Young Forever'

Fitness guru Jack Lalanne stops by to talk about his new book Live Young Forever: 12 Steps to Optimal Health, Fitness and Longevity.The 95-year-old fitness pioneer shared his secrets to living a long, happy and healthy life in his book.

Lalanne says the key to living a happy life is more than just exercising and eating healthy. He also says that being in a steady relationship is important. He says when two people get together in love and seek a common goal, anything is possible!

Jack is also working to bring awareness to ovarian cancer. He brought along a teal-colored “Jack LaLanne Power Juicer” by Tristar. (Teal ribbons signify support for ovarian cancer awareness.) Jack Lalanne is often referred to as the "Godfather of Fitness." He gained fame as a successful bodybuilder. Lalanne was inducted in the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2005, and the California Hall of Fame in 2008. He continues to work out every morning for two hours.

Jack should a great inspiration for everyone. In the world of fitness, he is the man, but also his success as a business man selling juicers is also an envy, the only person I can compare him to and who have had similar career shifts is George Foreman
