Incorporate More Fruits Into Your Diet

fruits0908.jpg

An apple a day, keeps the doctor away. But what about all the other delicious fruits out there? Surely, they're good for something. You might want to throw in an orange or mango or perhaps even some berries into your meals each day.

According to the Produce for Better Health Foundation, 90% of Americans don't get the recommended daily amount in their diet. But here's hope and its easier than you think.

Our Lisa Mateo spoke to Registered Dietician Lisa Drayer and author of, The Beauty Diet: Looking Great Has Never Been So Delicious about the healthiest fruits to eat and innovative ways to incorporate them into their diet and Fruit2Day, which has 2 servings of fruit in each bottle.
