Larry Gets A Kick Out Of Life
Larry's dancing with former Rockette, Mary Six Rupert. She danced with the famous dance troupe for 13 years. She'll teach Larry some signature moves including their eye high kick.
Mary is helping the American Association for Physical Activity and Recreation launch "Get A Kick Out Of Life," a public education campaign to urge those with squeaky, creaky joints to take control of their life and seek treatment options so they too can resume doing the things they love.
Mary shared her story of working for the world famous Radio City Rockettes, discussed how years of training and performing nearly destroyed her knees and demonstrated exercises and stretches to help protect and strengthen the knees
