Jim Watkins Talks About New 'PIX News At 6:30pm'
PIX News At 10pm anchor Jim Watkins woke up early and stopped by the Morning News Show to talk about our new PIX News at 6:30pm, which he will be anchoring with Kaity Tong.
The 30-minute early-evening broadcast is set to debut today and is the only local news in the time period. Along with Watkins and Tong, the PIX News at 6:30pm will also feature Mr. G, and Lolita Lopez.
The show will also include "11 Stories Making News Right Now on PIX," and deliver a mix of multiple dynamic live shots, fast-paced in studio news, video pix of the day, weather, traffic and sports. PIX News at 6:30 will be set in a new state-of-the-art studio and give viewers unfiltered news as it happens.
