Wakeup Workout: Infinite Balance Between Bootcamp and Yoga

Are you a "boot camper" or "yogi?" Now you can find "Iinfinite Balance" with both! It's the first-ever yoga+bootcamp fusion class in New York City. Here with the details are Stacy Berman, founder of Stacy's Bootcamp, and Candace Morano, founder of Vidia Yoga.

• Burpee - A squat thrust with a jump squat at the end works legs, core and cardiovascular system

• Side-To-Side Pushup - Works chest, back, shoulder, tricep and core

• Parsvottanasana - Lengthens back of legs (hamstrings), opens chest, elongates spine, mild inversion for circulation

• Eka Pada Kapotasana - Lengthens and opens front body, stretches both shoulders, stretch hip flexors, stretches quadriceps of bent leg
