Rachel Nichols Takes Us Into Menacing Waters With Her Upcoming 'G.I. Joe' Flick
Rachel Nichols stopped by to talk about her role in the upcoming movie, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra. The film is directed by Stephen Sommers.
From the Egyptian desert, the elite G.I. Joe team with the latest in next-generation spy and military equipment will against the corrupt arms dealer Destro and the growing menace from the mysterious Cobra organization--an evil organization headed by a Scottish arms dealer--to dispute them from plunging the world into chaos.
Nichols plays Scarlett in the film. She has most recently appeared in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. She has also starred alongside Tom Hanks in Charlie Wilson's War.
A New England native, Nichols started her career in the limelight by modeling while attending Columbia University, from which she graduated with a double major in math and economics. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
G.I. Joe:The Rise of Cobra hits theaters this Friday.
