Being an Access-A-Ride Driver, I see a lot of people do it, especially when I'm downtown. This new law will definitly make our roads hopefully safer.
Great job lawmakers. Fine should be a little higher to prevent people from txt while driving. Like cell phones people still talk in there cell because fines are not high enough.
Goodmorning, Texting while driveing should be a law period. under wreckless driven, So does this mean that you can still text if your wearing a seat belt? If true , a waste of our tax dollars
its pretty sad this even has to become a law. you think commonsense would tell you its not safe to text while behind the wheel. the fine should be $500 to make people really think twice.
