It's National Oyster Day!
Today, August 5 is National Oyster Day and Larry's in White Plains celebrating the holiday with an oyster shucking contest and an oyster tasting.
He'll talk to Jeff Tenner, executive chef at Legal Sea Foods, who will share interesting oyster facts such as: oysters may change their sex one or more times in their lifetime and oysters are a good source of Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and D.
