Gospel Uptown Serves Up Food And Music
They've got the power to bring people together and at Harlem's Gospel Uptown, the fusion of the two offers an uplifting and inspirational experience. The restaurant's founder Joseph Holland and Executive Chef Kenneth Collins stopped by to share their recipe for Cajun Style Tuna.

This is a great segment and one that I can identify with. I actually had the distinct plesure of dining at Gospel Uptown last month and was floored at how elegant, down to earth and scrumptious my experience was. The staff were so inviting, the decor was something to steal ideas from and the food made you do a double take at how deliciously good for you it was. I HIGHLY recommend that people come out to Harlem and support this venue not just for the food but also as a place to be entertained and to call a second home!
