Lisa Drayer of Women's Health stopped by the studio to showcase some of the best packaged foods found in supermarkets. The picks are low in calories, sodium, and loaded with healthy vitamins and minerals.
SWEETS ‘N’ TREATS
• Country Choice Organic Soft Baked Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
You’ll swear your grandma just took them out of the oven.
