Ask The Doctor: Should I Be Worried About Sudden Shortness Of Breath, Fast Heartbeat?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. For a week or so I've been experiencing shortness of breath and a fast heart beat. I don't smoke, drink or use drugs. I am under a fair amount of stress but I doubt that's what's causing this. Or could that be it? HELP!
Ania, Middletown, New York
2. After struggling with bulimia for 10 years, how could my body be suffering from the disorder?
