Ask The Doctor: If I Scrape The Floating Fat In A Can Of Soup, Is Its Fat Content Reduced?

1. If I spoon off the floating fat upon opening a can of soup am I significantly reducing the fat content? I say yes, my daughter says no. What is the answer?
