Ask The Doctor: Do I Need A Swine Flu & Regular Flu Shot This Season?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I have never gotten a flu shot, but with the outbreak of the swine flu I will definitely get one this year. But, do I need a swine flu shot in addition to a regular flu shot?
Daisy, Weehawken, New Jersey
2. I was referred to a gastroenterologist who he told me it's normal for a person to last days, even weeks, without using the bathroom. Is that true?
Kathy, Far Rockaway, Queens
