Wakeup Workout: 'Rush' Exercising For Those On The Go

In today's Wake Up Workout, we're getting a preview to a new workout class "Rush" from the New York Health & Racquet Club that basic gym equipment in a circuit setting. It focuses on strength building but utilizes cardio as it is constantly moving.
