Actor Seann William Scott stopped by to talk about his role in the animated film Ice Age: Dawn of Dinosaurs where he lends his voice to the character Crash. The film also features the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, and Queen Latifah.

According to IMDB, "After the events of Ice Age: The Meltdown, life begins to change for Manny and his friends: Scrat is still on the hunt to hold onto his beloved acorn, while finding a possible romance in a female sabre-toothed squirrel named Scratte. Manny and Ellie, having since become an item, are expecting a baby, which leaves Manny anxious to ensure that everything is perfect for when his baby arrives.

"Diego is fed up with being treated like a house-cat and ponders the notion that he is becoming too laid-back. Sid begins to wish for a family of his own, and so steals some dinosaur eggs which leads to Sid ending up in a strange underground world where his herd must rescue him, while dodging dinosaurs and facing danger left and right, and meeting up with a one-eyed weasel known as Buck who hunts dinosaurs intently."

Scott is a Minnesota native whose breakthrough came with the filn role the comedy hit American Pie. He played the class clown, Stifler - a guy who was always macking on the ladies and pulling stupid pranks. Thanks to American Pie's huge success, Scott was able to reprise his role as Stifler in two follow up movies, American Pie 2 and American Wedding. His new found fame also helped him land parts in flicks like Final Destination, Dude Where's My Car and Road Trip.

Scott broke out of his funny-guy mold for a bit to film the action movie, The Rundown in 2003. He was quick to jump back into comedy though, with the film remake of 1970’s TV show The Dukes of Hazzard, where he starred alongside Johnny Knoxville and Jessica Simpson.

Ice Age: Dawn of Dinosaurs is in theaters today, July 1. For more information, visit www.iceagemovie.com.
