Jennifer Damiano Talks About Being 'Next To Normal'

Actress Jennifer Damiano stopped by to talk about her role as Natalie in the Broadway show "Next To Normal".

Critics call "Next To Normal" the best new musical of the season and it is -- it's already won three Tony Awards, incuding one for Best Actress In A Musical. According to the show's website "emotional powerhouse of a musical about a family trying to take care of themselves and each other." Damiano plays Natalie, a 16-year-old who's trying to be perfect, but is having a lot of difficulty accomplishing that.

Westchester native Damiano was nominated for a Tony Award her role and made her Broadway debut at age 15 when she was part of the original cast of "Spring Awakening". She was also part of Oliver!, Inner Voices: Solo Musicals and NYC Readings: Disney's High School Musical 2 and had a role on the TV show Gossip Girl.
