Help Me Howard: Staten Island Woman Hassled About Pricey Necklace

A Staten Island woman bought an expensive necklace on her Fortunoff's credit card just before the company declared bankrupcy. She returned the necklace just a week later and received a return slip. However, months after the transaction, World Financial Bank, who issues Fortunoff credit cards, began hassling her for $1,200. They claimed she never paid the bill for her expensive necklace. That's when she called Help Me Howard.

well if i get that 1,000 i would pay off all my crediters i need to pay off and since i never gave my self nothing i will buy my self a pair of shoe;s for school because i go with the same shoe;s all the time and some school clothes and give some to pay off my house bill;s i don;t get that much but i;am trying to better my self by going back to school so if you can help me please i need your help please .well have a bless day
