Enjoy A Berry Blast This Summer

July is National Berry Month and we're showing viewers just how to make the most out of these high anti-oxidant snacks. We're making smoothies and highlighting different berries.

We're making a Power Smoothie (check out the recipe after the jump). Loews Hotels Chef Andrew Rubin also shared with us his recipe for Berry Salsa, Crepe and The Beach Berry.

POWER SMOOTHIE
1 banana
2 oz soy milk
4 oz plain yogurt
4 oz frozen blueberry
1 oz monin acai syrup
½ tsp agave nectar
2 tbsp protein powder
1 blackberry
1 mint leaf

Blend all ingredients till smooth.
Reserve Blackberry and Mint for garnish.
