Mix These Beer Cocktails For A Festive 4th Of July Party

beer0701.jpg

We're mixing up three Fourth of July-inspired cocktails and using beer as the main ingredient. Mixologist Anthony Caporale shared with us his recipes for Red, White and Blueberry, Cider Flip and Pear Royale Martini.

And if you want the Pear Royale Martini to be mixed by its maker, stop by the Forty-Eight (1221 Avenue of the Americas at 48th Street) and Caporale, who's the general manager of the lounge, will mix one for you on the spot. The new upscale lounge is in the the McGraw-Hill Building, near Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall.
