Ask The Doctor: Which SPF Sunscreen Should I Be Using?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your question:
1. I have fair skin and burn easily. I've always used SPF 15 sunscreen. But, I'm having trouble finding SPF 15. I've seen SPF 45, 50 and 80. Should I be using something stronger? I do like to get some color in the summer. What is the difference between the numbers and can I get color using SPF 80?
Steve, Point Pleasant, NJ
2. My job is to lift heavy boxes, what tips can you give me to prevent injuries to my left shoulder?
Kevin, Brooklyn
