2009 AVP Crocs Tour Comes To Brooklyn
Lisa Mateo is in Coney Island for the 2009 AVP Crocs Slam Lumber Liquidators Coney Island Open presented by Kentucky Grilled Chicken, which is taking place today, Thursday, July 2 through Sunday, July 5. She's talking to AVP player Albert Hannemann.
The AVP Crocs Tour will celebrate the Fourth of July in Coney Island. 2009 marks the fourth consecutive year that the AVP Crocs Tour has visited Coney Island. The AVP was established in 1983 and is comprised of the best men's and women's pro beach volleyball players in the U.S. and arguably, the world.
The AVP's main goal is to deliver its fans the experience of an amazing athletic contest surrounded by an unforgettable beach party. More than one million people are expected to attend an AVP event this year.

I personally think that the punishnment of Plaxico Buress is too harsh, if he was'nt a star the punishment wouldn't be as severe. another case of abuse of athourity. Off duty cops that accedentally shoot the wrong people get nothing. think about it.
