Wakeup Workout: Hooping To A Slimmer Figure

Christabel Zamor author of Hooping: A Revolutionary Fitness Program stopped by to show us how to keep in shape with hula hooping. She showed us:

• Pump - Forward-back pelvic push-pull
• Slinky - Hands dart between hoop and body
• Booty Bump - Lean forward and push hoop up with back
• Warrior - Hoop swung vertically to each side of body
