'Real Housewife' Bethenny Frankel Teaches You To Shed Pounds By Eating Naturally

beth0602.jpg

Known as "the woman about town" in Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City, Bettheny Frankel stopped by to chat about her new book, entitled Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting.

Frankel is accustomed to cooking for Hollywood A-listers, launching her successful company of baked goods, providing delicious recipes to Health, and working with leading lifestyle and food companies. In her new book, she shares with us her passion for enjoying healthful, natural foods. Naturally Thin shows you how you can banish your Heavy Habits, embrace Thin Thoughts, and enjoy satisfying meals, snacks, and drinks without the guilt.

Frankel's number-one goal is to democratize health, making it accessible, balanced and sustainable for everyone, not just the Hollywood elite, delivering her message in an approachable, humorous way. After graduating from The Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts in New York, Bethenny created BethennyBakes, a line of low fat, wheat, egg and dairy free baked goods. She also writes a monthly column for Health Magazine, as the publication's health expert.

Naturally Thin: Unleash Your SkinnyGirl and Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting is in bookstores now. Her Skinnygirl Margarita is avaiable for pre-order at www.skinnygirlcocktails.com.
