You have to be foolish not to look over your shoulder in New York City. I find the stats hard to believe. The Police Department has a habit of reclassifying crimes to give the elusion that certain crimes have gone down. For example; Some Robberies would be changed to Grand Larceny, Burglaries to Criminal Tresspass.etc. Especially if they have no leads. Think about it!!!
