Help Me Howard: Contractor Disappears With $2,000 For Storm Doors
A Queens woman paid $2,000 to have storm doors made and installed on her home. The contractor hired to do the job, had worked for her before, but when he disappeared with the money and was never heard from again, she called Help Me Howard.
