Ask The Doctor: Can I Still Have Children If I'm HIV Positive?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I am a 36-year-old male and HIV positive. What are the chances of an individual such as myself of still having children?
Thomas
2. I used to weigh 300 lbs. but have lost 150 lbs. My problem is no longer the weight, but spider veins on my legs . What can I do about them? How do I get rid of them? I'm only 30-years-old.
