victor0511.jpg

Actor Victor Alfieri of the upcoming movie Angels & Demons spoke with us about taking part in the making of the film, and showed off his culinary skills by teaching us how to make Penne A La Vodka.

In the much-anticipated movie, based on Dan Brown's novel, the murder of physicist, Leonardo Vetra spurs symbolist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) and Vetra's daughter, Vittoria (Ayelet Zurer), on an adventure for a secret brotherhood, The Illuminati.

An assassin of this brotherhood has captured and murdered four cardinals to represent the four alters of science: Earth, Air, Fire and Water. It is up to Landon and Vetra to crack the killer's clues and unveil the identity of the mastermind behind the conspiracy. Alfieri plays the role of Lieutenant Valenti.

Angels & Demons hits theaters this Friday, May 15. For more on the movie, visit www.angelsanddemons.com.

What happened with the onions shown on the show? Was that accidently substituted for the garlic? If both onions and garlic are correct how much onions are used? Thanks in advance. Neil Nisita
