Wake-Up Workout: Get Fit By Using Kitchen Items

We're calling it "kitchen-robics!" It's a way you can use items in your cabinets to get into shape. The best part? This exercise routine won't cost you a penny! Here to show us how to get fit by using dish towels and soup cans is Taj Harris of Crunch Gyms.
Milk Jugs Filled With Water:
1. Squat to overhead press using the milk jug
2. Step back lunge into front raise using the milk jug
3. Standing figure 8 using the milk jug
Dish Towel:
1. Begin in plank position with the dish towel under right hand. Push the towel forward on the floor as though you are scrubbing back and forth with the towel while holding the plank position.
2. Place the dish towel underneath your left foot while holding a plank position. Pull the left knee to chest quickly in and out in a half mountain climber position. Repeat with towel under your right foot
3. Hold towel in both hands stretched out and in a v-sit position - do v-sit rotations by swinging the towel from side to side.
Soup Cans:
1. Lateral lunges with lateral shoulder raises
2. Crunches with cans as resistance
3. Side iso-planks with top arm straight to sky with can
