Japanese Taiko Drummers Welcome Start Of Cherry Blossom Festival

The cherry blossoms are in bloom at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and we're celebrating this weekend's Cherry Blossom Festival with a performance from local Japanese Taiko drummers from Taiko Masala.
Leeann Lavin from Brooklyn Botanic Garden shared with us the rich history and beauty of this spring ritual. She also spoke about the history of the Hanami tradition
You can join the celebration too! Stop by the Brooklyn Botanic Garden for the Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival this Saturday and Sunday. There will be over 50 performances, demonstrations and exhibits including taiko drumming.

I must agree with the majority of the people. We do not have to take every comment made by a public figure and blow it out of proportion. Seems like the common people on the street have more common sense than those in office. Common sense dictates the actions of the masses. If your sick seek medical attention! If not business as usual!
