Jamie Luner Joins The Cast Of 'All My Children'
Jamie Luner joins the cast of the ABC soap opera All My Children.
All My Children is set in the fictional burg of Pine Valley, PA. At the center of the drama are the Kane, Chandler and Martin families. While the residents live and love, fight and dream, they all remain connected.
Luner will be taking on the role of Liza Colby-- a part that was originated by Marcy Wlker. Colby is known for having been quite the troublemaker, as she had flings with several of the male characters on the show.
Luner is best known for her roles on the Primetime soap opera Melrose Place and Savannah. She has also starred in several made for television movies, including The Perfect Marriage, Nuclear Hurricane and Stranger in My Bed.
All My Children airs weekdays at 1 pm on ABC.

Either JL was lied to or she's delusional, but her debut as "Never Will Be Liza" wasn't earthshattering and didn't increase ratings...
1.8 isn't anything to brag about....neither is 2.0, since that is the norm... The ratings actually dropped the day of her entrance..
In SOW, 81% of viewers voted against JL/UnLiza recast and the fact that her entrance was absolutely disgusting, cheap, sleazy smut..
This is the worst recast in the history of daytime and JL needs to stop tooting her own horn. The large majority of viewers aren't impressed with her or the character...
Brook slapping Erica was history making.... Never Will Be Liza slapping Erica will be an even bigger joke than her cheap, sleazy entrance....JMHO

I like Jamie and she has done a good job with the part she has been given. It is too bad that no one wants to give her a chance. I saw this and saw her on the View and she seems like a real nice person who does not deserve to be shot down before she starts. That has happened to others too and it is sad.
She's pretty. She's an OK actress. She's not Liza. I was no Liza fan, so did not mind the recast, but she is NOT Liza. Plus, (sorry JL) she is boring. I watched a couple of times and tuned out again.
I do not mind recasts and don't shoot anyone down before they start. But if the character and/or actor can't grab the audience, and if the writing is a joke, blame the writer, producer and actor. Yeah, the character is pretty sleazy, but that is not the problem. The problem is that ... well... right now the story is not working.

All due respect but you are a real bitch. Jamie Luner is trying to do a job and if you don't like what she's doing just don't tune in.
All this she's not Liza crap is so lame. Marcy Walker is a freaking minister and has no interest in returning to TV. How about giving Jamie a chance before you crap all over her.

I think Jamie Lunar is an excellent Liza. its easy to get drawn back into the old character who played it .but that was then .. this is now .she is beautiful.. talented. if given a chance i think she makes her character very believable.. Marcy Walker was a good liza. Jamie is as well.
