All You Ever Wanted In A Workout Is In The 'IntenSati' Program

In her exercise series, our Tiffany McElroy checked out the IntenSati class at Equinox.
IntenSati, by combining movements from dance, martial arts and hatha yoga with powerful mantras (like "I am strong" or "All I need is within me now") the workout reinforces positive thinking at the same time it strengthens the body.

IntenSati is energetic and vibrant. The intention is to make this a way of life. Living with the awareness that what we think about we get, and when we think about what we want, and we intend it, we get it.
