Help Me Howard: Bronx Park Dept. Gives Resident Run-Around
A Bronx man had applied to the Bronx Parks Department for a permit to secure a field in Van Cortlandt Park for a kids flag football league to play. But after continously getting the run-around from the Parks Department, he called Help Me Howard.
