Free Health Screenings At St. Mary's Hospital In New Jersey
Dr. Steve is at St. Mary's Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey, where they're emphasizing the importance of prevention and wellness today, Monday, May 4 with a free and open to the public health fair from 10am to 1pm.
The fair will offer a day of free health screenings, access to medical professionals and guidance on financial assistance for prescription drug programs, and is aimed to benefit those suffering from the current economic crisis.
Free parking is available for patients and light refreshments will be served. U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-08), a member of the House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Health, in conjunction with Congress' work on comprehensive healthcare reform legislation, will host the health fair.
