Ask The Doctor: Why Do I Keep Breaking Out?

The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
I sometimes see red blotches on my legs or arms. I did not bump into anything. After a while, these marks turn black and blue. Can you tell me why I am seeing these marks?
Lana
I have been breaking out in hives for almost two months now. I've changed all the products I've been using and have kept a food allergy list. Could I have some type of disorder that could be causing this?
Johanna, The Bronx
