There's Nothing 'Ugly" About Eric Mabius

Eric Mabius came by to talk about being on the hit show Ugly Betty.

The show stars America Ferrera as the sweet, intelligent, and hardworking--albeit fashionably challenged--Betty Suarez. She is hired to be a part of premier fashion magazine Mode as the assistant of Mabius' Daniel Meade. As they battle the cunning ways of diva fashionista Wilhelmina Slater in her attempts to take over the magazine, Daniel and Betty form an unlikely team, each helping the other navigate the choppy waters of NYC's fashion scene.

Upon graduating from Sarah Lawrence College, Mabius delved into his first roles in theatre in smaller Off-Broadway productions. Embodying dark and troubled characters in some projects and heroic leading men in others, Mabius has built an impressive career resume that includes more than 25 films and over a dozen television projects. His credits on the big and small screens include Resident Evil, appearances on The O.C., The L Word, Cruel Intentions, and Welcome to the Dollhouse.

All-new episodes of Ugly Betty begin airing tomorrow night at 8 pm on ABC.
