'Rescue Me' Star Steven Pasquale Is 'Pretty' On Broadway
Actor Steven Pasquale stopped by the studio to talk about his role as Sean Garrity on the FX series Rescue Me, starring on Broadway in "Reasons To Be Pretty" and the debut of his first album Somethin' Like Love. Pasquale's Rescue Me co-star Callie Thorne (Sheila Keefe) also stopped by the studio last week to talk about the show's new season.
His new jazz album Somethin' Like Love will be released by PS Classics this April. It will be produced by both Jessica Molaskey and John Pizzarelli.
"Reasons To Be Pretty" is playing at Lyceum Theatre (149 West 45th Street). The New York Times has said that this coming of age story is "superbly acted" and a surprising new play. A love story about the impossibility of love, Steven's character Greg tells his girlfriend Steph that she has a few imperfections and all hell breaks loose. The romantic drama is noted for being the highlight of the season.
