If the customer is happy with the food they buy who cares. Restaurants are in business to make money. Keep giving people a reason not to go out. How much profit the restaurant makes on a certain item has nothing to do with the customer. In the end it's about the customer having a good dining experience. Your network puts better shows in front of new or failing shows in hope to maintain the audience (marketing). If you want to give some advice, tell the customer to take more time reading the menu. Remember, people eat with their eyes as well, when something sounds good, their more likely to enjoy it, as long as it is prepared correctly. In a economy in which people are struggling to pay bills, they should enjoy the one meal a week or month, then try to worry about how much money the restaurant is making.
