You And Your Baby Can Do 'Pilates Together' At NYSC

Between bottle feedings and diaper changes, new moms are always pressed for time. So what's the best way to squeeze in a little workout while still bonding with your little one?
Our Lisa Mateo explores a new workout class called "Pilates Together" at the New York Sports Club. It's a mom and baby workout where you use your little one as resistance. Lisa spoke to "Pilates Together" instructor Jen Hunter.
The "Pilates Together" class schedule is:
• Thursdays: April 23, April 30 and May 7 11:30am and 2pm
• Wednesdays: April 29, May 6 and May 13 at 11:30am and 2pm
