Kathy Ireland Doles Out 'Real Solutions For Busy Moms'

Former supermodel Kathy Ireland stopped by the studio to talk about her new book Real Solutions For Busy Moms:Your Guide to Success and Sanity.

Ireland is a very busy mom. She has three active children, a husband who is an emergency room doctor and she, herself, is CEO of Kathy Ireland Worldwide. Her book offers busy moms empathy and encouragement as they "struggle with balancing the responsibilities of marriage, raising children, managing a household or career or both, and finding any time left to take care of themselves," sys Simon and Schuster.

Born in California, Ireland was discovered by an agent from Elite Model Management while she was a high school student. By the time she graduarted from high school, she had a steady stream of modeling jobs. She is most noted for her numerous appearances on the cover and within the pages of Sports Illustrated from 1984 to 1996. She also graced the cover of the magazine's 25th Anniversary Swimsuit Edition.
