Help Me Howard: Jewelry Store Refuses To Give Refund For Fake Ring

A Brooklyn woman bought a diamond ring from a Manhattan jewelry store for over $3,000 and a few months later the stones began to fade.
When she contacted the store, they admitted on the phone they had sold her a ring with lesser stones, but refused to give her a refund, so she called Help Me Howard.
