mediation0410.jpg

Each week we're telling viewers about events, activities and items that are free. That's right! No money required!

On this week's free list:
1. Kids get a free shapeup/haircut just in time for Easter on Staten Island (with celebrity guest appearances)
2. Free meditation classes to ease the stresses of tax season at various locations

Free Kids Shapeups and Haircuts
Location: Against Da' Grain Barbershop, 821 Castleton Avenue, West Brighton, Staten Island

Redman will be present to meet and greet the kids, however MethodMan is expected to be out of town. Additionally special celebrity guest appearances by actress April Lee Hernandez, known for her role in the acclaimed drama Freedom Writers; Megatron, celebrated DJ and host of 106 & Park's "What's Good On The Streets" segment and other talented Staten Island artists will be on hand speaking to kids and learning how they prepare to look their Sunday best!

There will be a DJ present keeping the children entertained all day, as well as free give-a-ways for the kids. No appointments will be taken, so children will be served on a first come, first served basis.
