Cool Or Tool: The Stand-Alone Vest

We first looked at fedora hats and the goatee. Now it's time for our anchors to sound off on the Stand-Alone Vest.

Liberated from the three-piece suit, the vest is favored among celebrities like Justin Timberlake, Cedric the Entertainer, and just about every circus ring master everywhere.

While some can pull it off and look pretty cool others simply look like tools.
