Ask The Doctor: I'm Pregnant And Need Help To Quit Smoking
The doctor is in! The PIX Morning News' Dr. Steve Salvatore is here to answer your questions:
1. I've heard we should eat five to eight portions of fruit and veggies a day. What constitutes a portion? Is it a whole piece of fruit or a few ounces?

2. I'm 3½ months pregnant and I'm having trouble trying to quit smoking. I smoke about four cigarettes a day and I'm so desperate to quit but the craving is so strong. Can you tell me what I can do to quit? I'm desperate...please!

My problem is that I have viginal dryness
Sex is dry and my boyfriend does not believe that there is such a thing as viginal dryness. He does not want me to use lubricants.
Is there anything over the counter that I can take to stop this dryness
