Wakeup Workout: Indo-Snowboarding Exercises The Entire Body

Who says you have to go to the Swiss Alps to hit the slopes?
Use the challenging new Indoboard along with the body bar to sculpt long, lean legs without ever touching powder. This unique new piece of equipment simulates the instability of a snowboard or skis to strengthen the muscles necessary for your favorite winter sport.
Terrell Pruitt of Crunch was here to show us how to work out with the Indoboard. For more information, visit www.crunch.com.
EXERCISES AND VIDEO AFTER THE JUMP...
Basic Knee-Stance On Indoboard
Kneel on the Indoboard - this is the most basic exercise that is done at the beginning of all classes. This exercise allows you to safely get a feel for the board while working your core.
Basic Squat On Indoboard
Begin standing on Indoboard. Slowly bend at the knees into a squat position and then back up to standing. This exercise increases balance, leg and core strength.
Indoboard Push-Up
Place your palms on the Indoboard in a plank position. Bend at the elbows and perform a push-up. Using the Indoboard adds an advanced challenge to the basic push-up by adding a balance component.
Indoboard Lunge
Place one foot on the Indoboard with opposite leg on the floor. Bend at the knees and perform a stationary lunge.
