Monday = chest; abdominals
CHEST: Decline chest press, incline chest press, dumbbell flyes.
ABS: Reverse crunches, obliques, basic crunches
Tuesday = back
BACK: Front-neck pulldown, dumbell pullover, dumbell row.
Wednesday = legs
LEGS: Squats, lunges
Thursday = shoulders; abdominals
SHOULDERS: Dumbell external rotation, dumbell rear deltoids, dumbell shoulder press.
ABS: Reverse crunches, obliques, basic crunches
Friday = arms (biceps and triceps)
BICEPS: Curls with twist, hammer curls.
TRICEPS: Tricep overhead press, tricep kickback
