Pregnancy Do's and Don'ts For Expecting Mothers

Our own Sukanya Krishnan announced yesterday that she’s pregnant, so we’re giving her the opportunity to ask OB/GYN Dr. Robert Rubino of the Rubino OB/GYN Group her most burning questions. Dr. Rubino had these tips:
PREGNANCY DOs
• Do get your family history and your husband's family history
• Do listen to your doctor
• Do exercise, walk an hour per day
PREGNANCY DON'Ts • Don't gain too much weight (don't eat for two)
• Don't be anxious, pregnancy is a natural state of being
• Don't forget to take a vitamin with omega 3 or fish oil
