Power Up Your Morning With The Right Breakfast Foods

Taking time for breakfast is one of the smartest things you can do for your waistline and your health. Recent research shows that a morning meal that’s 400 to 500 calories helps you feel full and may make it easier to stick to your diet.
The April issue of Fitness Magazine features solutions to breakfast troubles, with five fun and easy meals that will make you want to rise and dine.
