Slide Into A Six Pack With New Machine AbCoaster

Getting your abs in ship-shape requires a lot of work and time commitment. PIX's Jill Nicolini is live in PIX Plaza working her abs and showing us that a six bpack doesn't mean laying on your back or straining your neck.
She's testing a new fitness machine that's hitting gyms and being sold on TV. All you have to do is slide your legs back and forth. Fitness trainer Sean Gagnon is here to show us how the AbCoaster works.
Jill's doing ab work all morning long. You can exercise with her at PIX Plaza, loacted at 42nd Street and 2nd Avenue.
For more information on the AbCoaster, visit www.abcoasterclub.com.
