Help Me Howard: DirecTV Customers Charged Cancellation Fee After 12 Years Of Loyalty

A Long Island family was charged an early cancellation fee of $320 by the cable company
DirecTV when they cancelled their service after being loyal customers for 12 years, so they called Help Me Howard.
