Help Me Howard: Relator Cons Homeowner Into Bankruptcy (Part 2)

In part one, we met a Brooklyn woman wanted a short sale of her home last year, so she went through a realtor in Queens. But instead of helping her sell her house, he talked her into filing for bankruptcy, so he could benefit.
Even after winning a court case against him for fraud, she still couldn't get him to pay the damages, and that's when she called Help Me Howard. Today, in part two, he finally pays up.
